Bloodfall Games
Privacy policy
Short version: bloodfall.net uses no cookies, no trackers, no analytics and no advertising. We do not ask you for any personal data.
1. Who is responsible
The controller of this website is [Legal name of the owner / company], [Street, postcode, city, country]. Email: contact@bloodfall.net.
2. What happens when you visit
This is a static website. When you open a page, your browser sends a request to our web server, which — like every web server — records a standard access log: IP address, date and time, the page requested, the HTTP status, the referring page and your browser’s user agent. We use these logs only to keep the site running and secure (for example to detect abuse). They are deleted automatically after about 7 days and are never combined with other data. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
3. Cookies and local storage
We set no cookies. If you choose the reduced-effects mode, your browser remembers that choice in its local storage on your device only; it is never sent to us.
4. Third parties
Fonts, images and scripts are all served from bloodfall.net: your browser does not contact Google, social networks or any other third party while you browse this site. The site is hosted on a server operated by Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany (EU).
Links to other sites, such as playmythvault.com, take you to pages with their own privacy policy.
5. Email
If you write to us, we use your address and message only to reply, and we keep them only as long as the conversation needs.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, restrict or object to its processing, and lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali). Write to contact@bloodfall.net.
